Charges
Transportation Charge:
Within 20KM from Puncak Alam, Ijok & Serdang, Bandar Baharu : No charge
Outside 20KM from Puncak Alam, Ijok & Serdang, Bandar Baharu : RM0.60/KM
Accommodation Charge:
Outside of Selangor, Kulim & Bandae Baharu within Malaysia, accommodation fee minimum RM200
Deposit Charge:
A RM100 / RM200 ‘non refundable’ deposit is required to confirm any booking of ShaXuan Photography. Bookings are made on a strictly first come first served basis. Dates will ONLY be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
Terms
Cancellation Terms:
If a booking is cancelled by the Client less than three months of the starting date, the Photographer reserves the right to charge his full deposit for the assignment. If a booking is cancelled up to three months of the starting date, the Photographer may charge 50% of his deposit.
Cancellation by The Photographer:
In the highly unlikely event of cancellation by the Photographer, or unavoidable total photographic failure’ liability shall be limited to a full refund of any booking fees and fees paid. Re-shoots may be arranged if practicable but the Photographer will not be responsible for any further costs.
Other Terms:
* Deposit (see above) – payable on booking ShaXuan Photography.
* Balance of payment – payable 2 weeks PRIOR to the shoot or wedding day.
* Extra albums, prints and services – orders with 3rd party suppliers will not be placed until payment is received in full.
* No images will be released until the final balance is paid in full.
* All prices shown within the Photographer’s price list are subject to change without prior notice.
* The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Charges without prior notice.
